Bio

I am a multimedia journalist, which basically means that I can use audio, video or print pieces to tell stories.

I am currently studying business and economics reporting at the CUNY Graduate School of Journalism, and will graduate in December of 2012.

I’ve written for the St. Petersburg Times, now the Tampa Bay Times, AOL Patch and edited for New Roots News (an online, hyperlocal site dedicated to the goings-on of St. Pete). You can see some of my favorite clippings here.

I graduated from New York University in the spring of 2008, with a degree in Cinema Studies and a minor in philosophy. I spent the first two years after college working on an original work of fiction, and various short stories.

To that end, I’m interested in movies, books, and, well, pretty much everything and anything.
